been a long wait indeed, the last week or so seems to have taken as long as the first four weeks. Anyway, about now she should be on UK soil, the Hoegh Jeddah having docked yesterday in Southampton. Two to Three weeks time all being well to complete the UK conversions and registration processes.

From what i can gather around the 10th April, The Next Chapter was dropped off in Amsterdam, and then picked up by a new vessel, the Hoegh Jaddeh. Dates are still the same, and she should be docking in Portsmouth, in 3-4 days time. I managed to catch the Jeddah as she entered the German port of Bemmerhaven on their webcam, and then alittle later when she was docked unloading her cargo...
Well thats the official date i have for Southampton, hopefully it'll not slide. The last week has been frustrating; watching the Palmela dotting around the North Sea has been very tedious. Initially the tracking was both exciting and interesting, seeing all the exotic places the ship visited, and the route she was taking. Not so now. Roll on the end of the month!
So after following the Palmela car carrier call in at Cyprus, Lebanon, Greece, Malta, Upto Italy and across to Spain, she's finally set out into the Atlantic and upto towards England. Eventually she turned into the English Channel, and is now in the process of leaving the other end of it without stopping! Alas, she is bound for Rotterdam! After that i dont know where she's bound....
