Well what a weekend - read about it on the MLR HERE. It was a killer but its been great to be back in an Evo!
I have also updated The New Chapter Page with info about the Tommi Makinen - i have more updates which will appear over the next few weeks. Well D-Day finally arrived - or shall we call it E-Day?
Currently i am on a train just pulling into Bristol. I shall remain on this train for just over another hour and then shortly after that i will get my first glimpse of The Next Chapter. Its been quite a journey so far, but compared to the next few days... well let me explain. Today i pick the car up, and drive the 5 hours back home. Tomorrow at 04:00 we are setting off to Germany! So thats 5hrs drive to the Channel Tunnel, and on the other side a 6 hour drive down to Hockenheim! Just a one night stay there, visiting a good friend who is racing, and then back upto the Nurburgring for two nights there, finally returning back to the UK on Monday! Should be interesting, not to say because its also with a car i have no history with at all! Wish us luck! Photos and trip report to follow. |
